Delivery terms

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Parcelforce or other courier depending on a size and weight of Your order.

If you prefer delivery by Parcelforce express 24h with required signature please choose this option at checkout while placing Your order with us. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Although all couriers that we cooperate with aim to deliver all parcels within the timescale provided please be aware that in peak periods such as Christmas estimated delivery time may vary slightly from the predicted day of delivery. These are circumstances out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for delays that occurred.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

Every package is packed with the highest care and protected with a variety of packaging materials such as heavy duty 5 layer cardboard (where needed- fragile items), protective paper / air cushions etc. In the highly unlikely event of parcel arriving damaged at it's destination please contact us within 48h from the date of delivery so we can pursuit this issue with our courier. Please be aware that all claims for goods damaged in transit made outside this timeframe may not be processed.


Every Customer has the right to return the order to us within 14 days from the date of purchase as long as the item/items are in as new condition, without damages or signs of use and in original packaging. Refund will be issued immediately after inspecting the return by a member of our stuff (normally within 48h).
